Who We Are
About Extreme Sealcoating & Paving
Oregon-based. Owner-operated. Built on straight talk and solid work.
Our Background
Our Story
Extreme Sealcoating & Paving was founded with one goal: do the job right the first time. We got tired of seeing homeowners and business owners get burned by contractors who cut corners, used cheap materials, or disappeared after taking a deposit.
We started out in Keizer, Oregon doing residential driveways and grew by word of mouth. Today we handle everything from single-family driveways to large commercial parking lots across the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas — and we still operate the same way we always have: show up on time, do quality work, and stand behind it.
Every job gets the same attention whether it's a 200-foot driveway or a 10,000-square-foot commercial lot. That's not a slogan — it's how we've stayed in business.

Our Approach
How We Work
No Shortcuts
We use commercial-grade materials and proper prep on every job. Surface prep is where most contractors cut corners — we don't.
Straight Pricing
You get a written estimate before we start. No surprise charges, no upsells on the job site. The price we quote is the price you pay.
We Show Up
We schedule a date and we're there. If something changes, we call you — not the other way around.
We Stand Behind It
If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. Our reputation is built on repeat customers and referrals, not one-time jobs.
